GSM - AT&T Cellular Issue

I'm new to the Javad world, only having my Receivers for a few months now. I have a Triumph LS and Triumph 3. I have recently enabled the cellular modem on my Triumph LS for GSM and purchased a data plan from AT&T. I have the SIM card provided by AT&T inserted. The new OAF file was uploaded successfully. I attached a couple of photos from my TLS. I have the SIM card in slot 2 and turned on the 4G LTE Mini Card. The cellular Data On is greyed out and will not let me turn on. When I go to the GSM configuration screen as shown, says power is on, SIM2 is active, APN is broadband, and Network is Unregistered. I checked my AT&T subscription, and the SIM is active and registered. In the home screen, it shows 5 dots for the cell service signal, no bars at all. I know where I'm at has very good cell service for AT&T. Trying to figure out what's going on. Here are some questions I'm asking myself below. Maybe someone can chime in and help me solve my issue.

Is there something I need to set up in the Settings underneath SIM Card 2?
Is my subscription from AT&T not turned on even though it says it is?
Did I not upload the OAF file correctly?

Also, once I get this working for my TLS I want to do the same for my Triumph 3 (Base). Is the process the same with the T3? I want to use the cell service on both of my receivers to communicate and receive corrections. Once I solve these issues, is there a certain configuration I need to set up to get this working the receivers communicating through cell service? If so, can someone provide me with a configuration setup to get me going?

Hello Daniel,
please connect unit to our RAMS service (Home / Support / Remote Assistance ). You can set Password and report it to us. We will check it out and back with comments.
So far it seems that Cellular Net doesn't register your card.
Be sure that card is functional and data plan enabled.
Regards,

No solution yet, Adam. We are working to find out about AT&T registration issues. There is also antenna might be the case, so ask user to try connect being near cell tower.

Hi Adam,
did your customer attach a cellular antenna to his LS?
TRIUMPH-LS s/n 00087 was already equipped with an external cellular connector and an internal antenna is disconnected.

It is an older rental unit. Didn't think to ask him if it had a place for it

the factory is instructed to ship TRIUMPH-LS with external antenna connectors because it is an absolute requirement for good operation in the LTE networks.
