GSM Modem and Network Surveying

I added the GSM option about a year ago to so I could log on to the CRTN without having to use a separate device such as mobile phone or hot spot device. It seemed as though using another device was not as stable. When I added the GSM option to the LS it worked great. Much more stable than an external device. Lately the system will connect for one or two shots and then will not connect to the mount point. Any one have any thoughts? I am going to reach out to the network admin as well. Of course I have tried a few other mount points in my area and the results are the same.

Hi Jim,
I would check this CRTN service from another application to see it alive or not. Like a well known BKG Ntrip Client (BNC) https://igs.bkg.bund.de/ntrip/bnc .
If at the same moment you see that LS doesn't connect, but BNC works - this is the case for us.
