Have 100% radio, but zero activity regarding the engines

Recently got LS worked on by Eugene who has done a great job, (long story), but now while out in the field, I can't measure anything. Not getting any fixes. Screen is frozen on CDF. The engines are showing zero activity. It does say it is detecting satellites however. Tried clearing NVRAM. Waiting for Eugene to give me some RAM Support, but thought I would post here in the mean time to get some ideas due to our time zone difference.

check the 2D delta and delta H on baser rover screen. This will happen if the base coordinates are not correct.

I have also seen this when the base needed to have NVRAM cleared, which it sounds like you did. However note that clearing NVRAM will set base coordinates to 0 lat, 0 long, which will be a bad base coordinate.

1st question would be, what kind of communications are you using? UHF, TCP or VRS? Sounds like you’re not getting data from whatever source you’re using....

Whats the sn of the LS? I can take a look. Is the LS close enough to the base to connect to it?

I see those 2 figures on the screen, but not sure what to do if they are bad. 2D is fluctuating at about 7 feet and delta H is fluctuating about 8. I’m close to base

Thank you so much everyone for the fast response. Really appreciate it. One more question I have, what is the procedure for changing engines. I want to change to either 6 engines with BeiDou or 2 engines. I've done that and the LS "reboots itself" per say. Should this be done before connecting to the base? Then send that configuration to the Base? Or can I do it at anytime while working?

Click on the engine screen, the firmware button is at the bottom of the screen. You can switch at any time, the base doesn't care.
