How do you want dist to last, cluster, and rtk / ppk to work together?

I'd want the DIST TO LAST button, to have all thi. hid behind this button.
I'd want a way scroll the 1st points of all the clusters.
I'd want a way to see the total cluster numbers.
I'd want a total cluster count.
I'd want to be able to review any cluster.
Including a graphic, showing Shot spread.
And, to be able to review, and select the rtk version, or the ppk version.
All behind that dist to last button.
Maybe also to select clusters "by dist" from present location, or from a selected location.
O well, what'd I miss?
Thank you,
Nate

But, the actions of cluster average, affect those of us, who are running a less-than-optimal system, ie T2, and old style LS.
So, this discussion affects both of us, with and without the latest and greatest. But, we need it more.

I'm happy with our systems, Victor LS T2 and Triumph LS T2. It has really changed our work flow starting about 6 years ago . But I can see us at least getting RTPK for the LS. Possibly sometime in the near future, T3 and LS+. Running a small business, you really have to watch your $$, as others will testify to this

Just waiting on the big project to pay for it !!

I am running a 2018 Triumph LS and T1-M.
Very happy with current production.
I have honestly been very hesitant to upgrade with any of the suggested updates.
I have a dont fix it unless its broke mentality.

I would love to be trying out the newer updates that allow more customization of the profile.

But until there is solid documentation that comes along with that - I simply can not.
I cant afford to go out one day - and not have the results that I need...Even if I am 6 months or more behind in updates.

The way things seem to be going, I will not update until I can afford to attend one of the weekend meetings ( Please keep them up ) or I will fly up to see either Matt S, Sean or Nate for a couple of days and just work with them until I get it.

This may appear like the wrong post for this thread to appear in....But Nate started it with so many variations on Point to Last ( which btw is on of my very favorite white buttons ) that I did not understand fully what he was asking for )

Buck (my brother) keeps his up to date fairly well, I understand the hesitation in upgrading. There's nothing more aggravating than to get an update and work flow ceases. I really don't have to worry too much about Victor LS as there hasn't been an upgrade in quite some time, I believe it's in the land of "end of life" as the in the accessories section "price not available". They still sell the small Victor controller apparently ($1450). I wonder if it works with the T2 or T3 ?

I like the white box. It really helps in the decision of accepting a point. I'm like Nate though, there could be an option for clusters. Like set a cluster number of points (say 3) and group each cluster and mean the clusters groups. I don't see it happening in the Victor, but possibly in the LS. Bot you really already have this option in the "review" section of the points.

OK, I have found a PROBLEM with Mix and Match of RTK, and RTPK shots, in cluster average.
In order to use cluster average as it is, requires ALL the shots to be RTK, or RTPK.

It gives MORE weight to an RTPK shot, than to an RTK shot, of close to the same total time duration.
Simply, because it sees MORE data associated with the RTPK shot.
I really think the BEST answer is to add a check box to CLUSTER average screen, that ALLOWS it to AVERAGE BOTH RTK, and RTPK...
IF RTK and RTPK agree by X.XX amount. (User select-able).

Here is what the line looks like on the screen:

{Check Box} INCLUDE both RTK, and RTPK if they agree by: X.XXX (I'd use around 0.10' for the agreement value)

Now, we can do more with this.

Anybody else think this is GOOD or BAD, or have a suggestion?

Thanks for being the ONLY company out there that has a web site, to allow customers to EXPLAIN their wish, want , and NEEDS list.

Maybe you CHANGE your ad. It says "RTK and PPK work together in PERFECT harmony. It needs a * there, * Unless reverse shift is used, then harmony falls apart...... My criticism is fair... I butt my head on it sometimes.
I have learned a WORK AROUND. If I use Reverse Shift, (M-Local) then, as soon as that coord is established, shut down the base, and restart the base. Now, it works better.
