how to update firmware uhf radio beast mode

HI all,

I'm wondering how to update the firmware of my uhf radio in order to use the beast mode. Instructions say to download the latest firmware (did that). Then launch modemvu. Then select the product.

Then it searches for a port. The radio is on with Bluetooth light. modemvu asks for a com port or usb.

How do I get connected in order to update? The 404BT doesn't have any connections other than the power cord.

You should have one of the follow data cables:

Thanks Matt. I did find a Y cable in my kit that I was able to connect with through a serial to usb connector.
