I would like to start a Poll on the ordering process from Javad & Company et al

To respond, just pick your favorite number.

1.) Make ordering from Javad like AMAZON, where once you are logged in, and a credit card installed, with your number on it, you can click and buy, and things happen fast with no human contact. AND, place a check box there, to request a call from your support agent. IF you check it, you get a call within 1-2 days. Also, make it so that if it is a major purchase, that it always gets automatic review.

2.) Make ordering so that you always call your support Agent, and he advises. (I think this is useful, when ordering a new LS, or a major purchase, for the not so knowledgeable.) This way, your goods are a phone call away.

3.) Leave it all as is.

Which one do you LIKE the best?

And, in good old Kent Mc. fashion, "Best Regards".

Nate, I started begging for your #1 about 7 YEARS ago to Michael Glutting every single time I placed an order. The whole ordering process from day one on the Javad site has been basically Stone Age level. Having to call in on every order to provide cc info is just crazy. Parts and supplies take at least a week (better than two or three weeks a few years back) instead of a day or two like they should and do with every other place we order survey supplies.
The website and the ordering supplies process is and has been the weakest part of the Javad experience for me ever since the very 1st day.

I'll vote #1. We haven't bought anything since a year ago, however before Michael left things seemed a little better ordering. I just think #1 would benefit all buyers and also Javad with increased sales

Most of the items I have ordered lately require specifications that work for me. I just text my sales guy what I want and he knows what I use and need. For equipment that have a lot of options it works. For accessories, I would love a better Amazon type of website with good photos and descriptions. I'm sure there is plenty of downtime to implement this... haha.
 
The ordering process doesn't have to be as smooth as Amazon - I know that's extremely expensive to set up and maintain. But the basics such as saved CC/billing info and the ability to order directly on the website is long overdue for a company like JAVAD. Please update to something closer to #1
