Issue with OAF file?

I recently purchased an LS to LS+ upgrade (serial #00189). I am unable to get my verizon sim card to work.
I have spoken with Jeremy Lynch & Matt Sibole. It appears that something is wrong with my oaf file for this piece of equipment.
It is on Rams, please take a look for me.

This may be a device registration issue. It sometimes occurs during a Plus upgrade. I sent an email to support about your issue. As, Matt mentioned you can also post the question on the portal.
