J-Field v 1.10.3.19455 Base Rover Set up Busted

I updated J-Field in my LS today. I'm now at v 1.10.3.19455


After the update I can't get through the base/rover setup screen. As soon as I connect to the triumph2 and come back to the setup screen it shows the base is already running and gives a bunch of weird messages in the base position screen -"start,,end,,rate,1,octime,5(?)" After about 30 seconds I lose all connection to the rover.


Also when I go to check/the modem I cannot connect to the modem. The only modem listed to choose on this screen is HPT901BT.


Before I updated J-Field was working fine. How can I go back to a prior version while these bugs are worked out???

Have you recently had a base recording session that did not complete the download at the end of a RTK Base sessions? You can check for this if you go into HOME/COGO/DPOS, and browse through the listings. normally, a file will indicate "Awaiting Upload Permission". If you see "Downloading", that is your culprit.

I just went through this problem myself, and believe I can get you back up and running very soon.

A development version is on my unit which solves the problem. The bug you experienced has likely changed a setting or two on your external modem.

To fix this we will need to have you hook your modem up to your computer with the serial cable, and run the program Modem View.

We will also connect your T2 to the computer with the USB cable which is actually serial, and run Net View.

Prior to expending effort on this, I will first confirm that we have a release version for your LS that solves this issue.

At that point, we will do a phone call.
