I've got a software gunk up in J-tip.
It has quit. When I took it to Steve Hankins, and HE tried it, on his receiver, well, it messed his up too. I really do need J-Tip, as it gives me a metal detector, everywhere, as needed.
Is there any help?

Hmmmmm. So Javad DID finally make an app for J-tip!!!! That's good news!!

And, the 2x press of the power button... does nothing. I did download the app. And, activated it. And, it does not seem to do anything. Well, I ran the battery low, fooling with it. And, have put the J-tip on charger.

Yes, JAVAD J-Tip for Android, on Google Play, was released in 2022

OK, I have borrowed a J-tip from another surveyor. It refuses to connect to my LS. I have tried a number of tricks to get it to connect... and no Joy.
Have I forgotten something.... possibly.
Can any of you post the sequence to make it connect?

Hello Nate, Using my Triumph-LS Plus, J-Tip does connect and I can enable 'the sounds' etc...
I do not know how to replicate your situation, sorry
