That’s why the server is redesigned and the pages are removed. I looking for a new way to share data with customers. The same is for Tracy software :-(

Hello,
This is my first post on the Support Portal/Forum, We use the T2's mostly for Static work. Usually we set them up in NetView where the receiver starts logging at start up. When using JMT-R on my iPhone most the functionality works except for the post processing function of sending the file to OPUS. I get an error message. The files are good, as I have downloaded them with NetView and ran them through OPUS with no issues. Since "I tunes" is no longer supported our agency automatically removes the application from all of our devices so Netbrowser is no longer an option.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Respectfully,

Walter

Dear Walter,
Could you check that the file is in your iPhone and its size - please go to Files on your iPhone, select Browse and goto Javad folder there. Find folder with name of your job (e.g. job1) and to logfiles subfolder. There you can see the jps file. Please check its size.
Also please share the file from list of downloaded files in JMT to check it

Well, I have since processed everything and cleaned the files off. I see where you are going though and I will look at that. So if the file size is not correct on the phone What would be the next step is there a setting that I am missing? I tell you what, I will set it up and get a couple of hours of data and get back with you. Thank you for our time Sir!

Respectfully,

Killion

So, I was able to open google chrome and go to the OPUS website and up load the file that way. So there has to be something with my settings. Since I still get the "empty file" message when submitting through JMT.

Not sure what you mean by that.
