This may not apply solely to the 1M, but we have noticed that when converting a .jps file to RINEX using jps2rin, the slant antenna height of the 1M is converted to an erroneous vertical distance. For the benefit of the developers, I've uploaded a zipped .jps file, the RINEX version 2.11 o-file by jps2rin, and a PDF page showing the 1M parameters input in the field.
You will note in the pdf that the 1M slant height is 4.5374 feet (1.383m). The RINEX file shows the slant as 1.38m (truncated at the cm level) and the vertical antenna height is shown as 1.3257 meters.
Given a 1M radius of 88.75 mm and a slant of 1.383 m, the vertical should be sqrt(1.383^2-.08875^2)=1.380m, not 1.3257 meters.
