Justin Processing - yeilds no stations loaded

Sent file to DPOS and it returned an error of "No stations loaded from coordinate file"

I resent a file that Justin Processed 2 days ago, get the same error. Send both files to Giodis and it processes without any issues.

Update: Sent both files just now and it worked, so maybe a glitch with the CORS stations.
