Known Base

The last few versions of J-Field added a Known Base check box to the start base screen. What does it do?

I'm just guessing. But, this probably locks down the base coord values. So, that dpos does not shift it. I have had trouble with this, and this is my guess.

Yes, several of us had complained about the shift to CORS when we wanted to process from a know base, but compared to CORS. The new option does exactly what we asked for. Great Job!

I'd like to see that button re-named "Lock coords of known base".
Why?
More descriptive.
So that a field guy won't wonder. Just to reduce tech support.

Thanks for the replies, and thanks to the developers for implementing this. I've had DPOS shift coordinates before that I didn't want shifted, so that's a nice feature to have.
