Just got LS back from being update to a LS plus. Screen froze about 10 times yesterday and is doing it again today.
Anyway to fix this without sending it back?

Probably already tried but hold down the A/V button until it says calibrated.

Didn't help. Freezes 10 times a day. Aggravating!
Could you tell you device serial number.
Also I need your settings which you use. The best wait to get it - send any (even empty) project to support.

I'll recommend this feature again. How about under user profile have all the units we own. Private or public. Might help out in these incidences.
Could you create action and general profiles from scratch and minimize using of unneeded features in the field like RAMS and some white buttons. I see freezes of your device on the collect screen. It seems you use some untested combination of features which cause the freeze. But before doing it please send any project to support to check your settings and reproduce the issue here.
Also try to change SD card or temporary use internal memory for files recording. It also could be the reason.
