Link qualilty and delay

HI, I am setting up my new T2 as a TCP base. It is on a mast on my house, and connected to my house wifi. It seems to work fine when I connect my LS through the house wif. When I connect through my cell phone hotspot, the link fails every 10 seconds or so, causing the RTK to reset. When I look at the link status page, the LQ is 100%, but the link delay varies up to 4, which appears to trigger the reset. Is there a setting to make the link delay more tolerant, or another solution? Thanks!

In March I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to a OnePlus 6T. The Samsung worked pretty flawlessly as a rover hotspot. Sometime between March and now I began having some trouble with the phone-to-rover link dropping out for 10 to 20 seconds (sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less). It seems to do this every minute or two. I don't know if it started happening with the phone change, or if something else is going on. Verizon in the case of both phones, so it's not a carrier change.

I've been meaning to try using my Verizon hotspot with the rover (I use it at the T2 base except when using RTN, which is most of the time) to see if the same problem occurs, I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Just to clarify, the hotspot on my phone (samsung galaxy) works fine when connected to the NYSRTN (using NTRIP), and when using TCP through internal IP address of the wifi. This problem seems to be specific to the TCP connection when using the external IP and port number (8010) to my router.
