LS connection issues with upgrade to Win 10

We have used the shared network folder for transferring files to and from the office computer to the LS. We just upgraded our computers to Win 10 and haven't been able to establish the network folder connection. Also, I tried the mini usb connection with windows mobile device center and was unable to obtain a connection, "Win 10 does not recognize the mobile device". We are able to connect to WMDC to a nomad we still use. Of course, we have no problem using the thumb drive. If you could help me with these issues or point me in the right direction, I would appreciate.

Are you still using the Windows OS? USB connection to PCs isn't supported in Linux. Cloud Drives are the easiest way to wireless transfer files. It is described in the Quick Start Guide.

I am using the Linux os on the LS. We have used the shared network folder with the Linux os on Win 7 and it worked great for the last year and we would prefer to use that method for transfer of files to our server if possible, is that possible with Win 10? Michael, I don't understand, are you saying the mini usb should be recognized by Win 10 using WMDC?
Thanks for your replies.

Eugene, I wanted to let you know that after adding SMBv1 we were able to mount shared network folder, works great for dumping files. Thanks everyone for your prompt responses.
