LS internal radio noisy

Dear Mitchell,

We would like to investigate the problem remotely, therefore please follow the described steps below:
1. Power ON and connect the Triumph-LS to the Internet.
2. Support->Remote Assistance, set password and tap on Connect button.
3. Send us password and serial number of Triumph-LS.
Note: we recommend to use external power supplies.

Please rotate the TriumphLS to 180 degrees.
Do you have places where there is no noise on the internal antenna?

The LS is in the upright postion as if it where on the prism pole. No I have not found a place where there is no noise on the internal. I even tried it int BFE on the way to Nate's place. Still noise

We see that Tr-LS 00404 has noise at Internal UHF antenna. We can perform more detail diagnostic at our factory, for that please send unit to our facory.

1) Be sure to back up all data and projects prior to shipping your system for repair as data may be lost during the restoration process.
Please print an attached file and enclose it in the parcel with RMA unit.

4) What carrier do you want to use for return? What Ship Method? Do you have Ship Account of your carrier?
If you do not have Ship Account of carrier, then we will add shipping costs to invoice. We will use UPS or FedEx with "Ground" ship method.

5) Has other problems with unit, which you want to fix?
