LS Plus not accessing Dropbox

I have read through the thread by Ben Purvis from January 2022 discussing I believe the same issue. I tried the recommended remedies with no success. I am receiving the same message:
Error retrieving files list: timed out. curl=28: Operation time out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received. We have 2 units that we would love to have connected to our dropbox account. Any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't seem the issue is related to registration after upgrade to Plus. Probably you simply need to refresh tokens on the app.javad.com portal. If you did and can't pass over the device linkage then put them to RAMS, please, I would like to check the reason.

The unit with s/n 785 is connected to RAMS. I believe I have tried doing the suggested, with no success. It may be I am doing it wrong. Any help is much appreciated.

Having issues with another user accessing dropbox. He's getting the message below. Will have him leave on RAMS tonight. Serial #2002. No password. Any help would be appreciated.

Just spoke with customer…he was not connected to rams. He’s on now if time is available to help.

Gentleman, it seems there is authorization issue has a place. When you register your Dropbox account at app.javad.com the Token was created. It has expiration date and time and should be used without issues. Please look your Accounts in "Cloud Accounts" menu:

On the practice if your Dropbox account become nonfunctional due to expiration time or you unauthorize "app.javad.com" service from Dropbox website then "OK" may still shown but in fact Token is recalled by Dropbox and can't be used anymore.
In this cases I do suggest next sequence of actions
(1) unmount dropbox cloud drive on Triumph-LS from context menu in "Files".
(2) Then go to app.javad.com Cloud accounts and click

to cancel account association
(3) Use

to grant permissions to app.javad.com again. Account will be set and new Token should be generated.
(4) Mount cloud drive on Triumph-LS again. Use context menu. Drive description should be present on the list of available drives.
(5) Test connection.

If this doesn't help, then connect LS to RAMS and provide me generated Token in private chat ONLY. I can review your app.javad.com settings too, but you have to provide additional credentials to me. Again use private chat for this purposes.
