My questions service

Hello, one question: has the "My Questions" section of the old site been abandoned? I escalated an issue in October and never got a response, whereas in the past they responded to me quickly.

Some of the key persons in technical services, are caught in the political bind, Russia, Ukraine, etc. Some have moved to Lithuania, or other more neutral places. (Remincient of ww2, Switzerland, Wild Leica etc) Some may have chosen to stay put. This apparently has caused the Javad program to be hindered.
I'm hoping for the best. But I'm concerned about the well being of some of the programmers, that are needed.
I just pray for them all. As I'm not privy to any details. I'm just aware that others actions affect things in ways that I don't fully comprehend.
