No corrections, No engines, Good radio, Good Satellites, after moving base up to new point

New project yesterday, setup T3 base with internal radio and 5dB whip on ~15' antenna tripod on top of a hill with huge south west and north horizon. Only about the achieve about 1200' from the base still with the radio, so we set a point and moved the base up to continue working. What ensued was pretty frustrating. We were unable to get any corrections from the base, despite good radio, and good sky. Hard restarted both the LS+ and T3, reset NVRAM, checked for radio interference, no atmospheric issues as we setup a LS and T2 about 30' away and they fixed immediately. After multiple restarts we decided to see if the LS+ would get corrections from the T2, which it did with no issue. Seems like something in the T3, we're on our second one here, we sent the first one back to the shop and now we're getting this issue with the replacement. Sent the project up to support, NW-20- putnam sub ls+ 00998.

There should be a screen shot of the base rover setup screen which would confirm James's theory. It's quite possible. I have seen the same issue you describe with the Triumph-3, just yesterday, on one that just arrived from California to Texas. I cleared the NVRAM, which resolved the issue, and worked well afterwards. So I've seen the same issue, but the two reasons were: (1) base base position, (2) needed to clear NVRAM.

Our initial couple of tries the known point was probably the issue. However, we did try autonomous before we packed it up for the day and had the same issue.

Interesting. I see from the screen capture that the base was not logging raw data either it seems. It's possible the screen capture was taken before the Triumph-3 started logging data. Perhaps best to set up a remote assistance session with the developers. Have you spoken with your dealer about the issue?

Yes, we had our dealer out with us yesterday which was how we were able to test with the T2. I tried to setup again today, after downloading yesterday's work I ran all the updates for the t3 and ls+ and reset the nvram again. Still no luck getting corrections. Tried different modulation and message formats, not even getting cdf, just stn right now.
