Adam, it could be a hardware failure in the sound board. If a reboot doesn't fix it, we may be looking at an RMA. Let us know and we'll get you taken care of.
What is a RMA?
Return Merchandise Authorization - sending it back to the factory to get fixed.
To be clear, see if forced update fixes the issue. If not, then download factory restore disk from Javad's website under triumph LS.
I don't advocate for this. I don't think it solves as many problems as it creates.
