What causes No Update of Filter? This kept me from working for a few minutes yesterday. I've never seen this message before.

"No Update of Filter" means that the RTK/RTPK TLS 'rover', and its computations, do not have a complete set of RTCM3.2 information received from the 'base station' source.
From your image, you are also seeing 'No Base Station Time Tag' . . .

To try:
1) Ensure that you are only sending 'base corrections' every 1 (or two) seconds to the 'rover'
2) Ensure that RTCM3.2 as either MSM3 or MSM4 format is being used - GPS + GLN + GAL + BDS
3) If using UHF, use the D8PSK transmit format 'protocol' as a minimum
4) Configure the TLS 'rover' RTK/DGPS Settings 'RTK Rate' to be 0.5 seconds and also check Data UpSampling option
