I was wondering if there is something simple we can use select on the LS to switch a project w/ collected points in the Ohio County Coordinate System OCCS to Ohio South Zone? How are people incorporating old points to be able to use them if your project is set up in OCCS? Staying w/ Ohio South Zone or maybe there is an easier way to get all of the points on the same coordinate system that I am missing. Thanks for any inpur

Feel free to correct me, my wife does, but I think if you collect points on a page you set up in one zone it is as simple as changing the zone on that page.

Thanks.
I got it figured out along w/ Matt's help.

Was wondering if anyone in Ohio is having an issue getting a fix using ODOT"s VRS lately? Seems where I always used to get ez shots if I just take the LS+ out, I'm no longer getting them or really taking a long time to get an epoch or 2. If I have points from previous projects I will be using, I try to use the VRS to set a point then put my base on this point, just taking awhile.

I just check the VRS and it is working well here in Columbus. I see corrections from all 4 constellations. It appears they recently made changes because this is the first time I've seen corrections from all 4 constellations.

If you want to connect to RAMS I can take a look at your unit.

I emailed Dave Beiter, the administrator of the ODOT VRS. Here is his response:

The only changes that we have made to the system of recent are we are beta testing the new receiver file (we installed that test in March) that allows the Trimble software to process Beidou signals from our Topcon CORS, (which is why you now can get BDS corrections EVERYWHERE in our network, not just near the Trimble stations. The new Trimble PIVOT software has finally been announced and we are planning on upgrading early next year. We only make “major” changes during winter months so as not to disrupt users if the new changes are not compatible with their gear.
