What if your primary customer is not us! I would imagine us surveyors are a small percentage of Javad's sales. Their big client pool (like aerospace applications) may not care about experience but function, hardware capabilities and costs.

If the company was driven by land surveyors or made up of employed land surveyors, then I could see land surveyors being the customer. What do you think?
