What are VS and RS for?
And, is victor still available?

what led me to this line of reasoning, is that Javad and company have required me to buy 2 programs with the T3, that ordinarily I would not have purchased. One is RTPK for the T3, (and the t3 has an imu installed). And, the t3 does not have a huge battery. All these things say “rover”.
also, they packaged JMT (Javad Mobile Tools) with the t3. Was the T3 designed to be a rover? If so, what is to be its data collector/controller?
Where is Javad headed with all this?

understanding the equipment is part of the game.
what are the thoughts of the development team?

As a surveyor, in the very worst places of earth for gps, I think I’m going to be using base/rover, and data link forever. Why make a base, into a rover?
What’s going on?
Thanks,
Nate

The Triumph VS was the predecessor to the LS.

Development of the Victor was put on hold but I think eventually it may be brought back.

The T-3 can be a base or rover with JMT or some other 3rd party software. Normally it isn’t packaged with JMT but it is in one of the promotional offers.

Hoping to utilize it up to 10 maybe 12 miles, in canopy, maybe farther in open sky.
That's a great idea. We are in the process of setting up a good spot for a base at our office using TCP. If our crews grasp JAVAD well and start utilizing its potential I think an dedicated base would be extremely useful. Does DPOS work the same as with a normal base?
