Any explanation for the pop-up box we are seeing? Can it be turned off?

Click on Settings screen(left area, where Ref.Frame, etc....) You should see "Base Displacement Guards" screen immediately if base is running. There is "Show Base Alerts" checkbox enabled by default. Reset it and no alerts will appear.
Another option is to adjust parameters a little to keep work. You have 0.2degree which is very hard and around the value of noise. Default is 5, try 2 or 3 perhaps.

1.) as Eugene above says, your guard is too strict. Set it to 5, 2, or 3.
2.) It would be really good if we could transfer the control of this FROM base to the ROVER. So that, the Base simply gives information to the rover. And, the ROVER decides to give warning, or not. This way, we can RESET the warning, from the rover, without re starting the base.
Example:
We have a sunny day, set our base out. warnings are set to 1. We work for a few hours. Suddenly we get BASE MOVED warning. We go to base, and SEE that it's ok, but that gusty winds have started. We can see our base from the truck, and it appears fine. We check the level and plummet, and it's fine. So, we have a button on rover "Reset base warning". And the warning is reset. We go back to work. All is well.
This would be desirable behavior.
Thank you.

Here are the settings that were stored. It was not set to 0.2 deg tilt. It was 5". I have turned off the tilt warning altogether. And have increased the displacement warning to 10 cm.

We are also having issues with frequent base/rover disconnects. The base is on a fixed pole connected to a Jetpack & is located 650' from a Verizon tower. The rover has a Verizon sim card and is located across town. Could this base displacement be causing disconnects? We don't get base disconnect warnings and the point collection continues as an autonomous position since it has no RTN base data stream.
