problem importing project

When I try to download a project in Justin link I get "can't download project" this causes me to have to have to load all coordinates by hand. This just happened a week ago I don't know if the problem is with Justin or a setting in the LS. I have deleted and reloaded Justin twice, but this did not solve the problem. Just did a huge TOPO and don't want to load all points by hand. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I agree with Matt. I seldom use Justin Link as the LS can natively import and export everything I need (ascii coordinates, dwg line work, etc.) If you don't want to use a thumb drive, you can also export to a folder on the LS and transfer the file from the LS using WMDC.

But to your question, it is quite possible that there have been changes to the database of the LS and Justin Link hasn't been updated to recognize those changes. I imagine a new version of Link will be made available soon.

Thanks for all the help. I have been using the USB drive, works ok. What I liked about Justin link was the Google earth feature.

Dale,
I downloaded a new version of Justin Link yesterday. Dated April 3. Seemed to work great. Also this version allows for the creation of symbols. I'm still working out the details but it's showing some promise.
