my SS numbers are actually blue and green again.

The SS column is the satellite status column. It will be blue anytime that satelite is being used in the RTK solution. If the L1, P1, P2 and L2C columns have mostly all blue and a few green values when in a open location, then the receiver tracking and receiving GNSS signals properly.

I had some trouble on a job yesterday. I have uploaded the project to support. My serial No. is 00587. The project is called 18-084 Anne Whittle. I hope this helps you guys work out the kinks. Thank you

Factory reinstall back to Windows and it ran great today. Didn't get into too many bad spots but I did go back to the problem corners and it didn't skip a beat. I do believe its fixed.

Well it does way better than what I had. Which what I had was almost every point invalid jump with 1 to 2 engines fixing on phase 1. Never 3 or 4. Only when phase 2 happened would i see more than 2. Then invalid jump and a huge wait to verify. Now I roll through with almost every point in tree cover with barely over 180 epochs. So it may be flawed firmware but it is so much better than what I went through last week of 7 days of almost no productivity. My GPS L1 L2 and GLN L1 L2 values are high now but my HDOP and VDOP are very low. I don't know. You tell me why this works better. Now I can actually do something. So I'm rolling with it!

What is the current recommended suite of software? I've been traveling and haven't used my system for over a week, but it ran fine the last time I had it out.

I loaded the pre-release Jfield and gnss per Clay's numbers. I have been having difficulties getting on the internet/network with my ATT sim card, post Linux. I have gone through everything, robooted/recreated the VRS profile multiple times - stood on my head and switched sim ports back and forth and connectivity on the network comes and goes(in good cell areas and bad). Has anyone else seen this as well? If you go into settings/source table the mountpoint is often wrong as well and when I change it and save the profile it keeps defaulting back to VRS_CMRp or anything but 3. I have it connected this minute but if you go into settings it shows the wrong mountpoint again.

No worries Clay, those release numbers were helpful. I don't think a ton of users use a sim in the LS. I get to try it again tomorrow and maybe someone else has encountered this as well. I usually start with CORS and then go to a TCP base/rover deal.

It should work. The GSM page will display the mount point that it is being used. Is it wrong in this screen? Please share a screenshot of this screen when it is not working.

If the cellular data is shut off, cycle the SIM card off and then back on again.

Matt, I couldn't get Ralph's unit to turn on Cellular Data. It was greyed out. After turning of the card and back on i could select it. With Wifi, I was able to get on the NCVRS network without any issue and it stayed connected. I asked Ralph to take it outside and use the GSM to see if it connects ok.

Matt, what would cause Ralph's cellular data keep getting turned to off? He had that happen this morning after I turned it on yesterday. I don't use the GSM modem so I can't test myself.

Try using SIM card slot 2. There is some issue with SIM card slot 1 and it does not work unless it is power cycled (VSAPP-3898).

I think he was using Sim slot 2 when I looked at it yesterday. I will check. Thanks

I had been on Sim 2 prior to Linux and yesterday as well. I switched over to Sim 1 yesterday and it seems to be working better with only one instance of the LS turning off the cell data button. It is tricky to get this button back on. How do I keep the screen from going dark on startup?

The LS/T1M was awesome yesterday, once we got going - saved me from having to sling tripods up and down steep slopes in thick terrain!

This is a bug with the screen saver that needs to be fixed. You can either just tap the screen to turn the screen back on or if it really bothers you, disable the screen saver by setting "Turn Off Display" to never until it is fixed.

Just installed the new OS: flawless installation. Kudos, Javad! I did have to reenter the WiFi password, and reset the LS twice. Otherwise, happy sailing.
