ok, while my radio (bt401) is charging the Bluetooth light is on and the power light flashes. i cannot get the radio to turn on even after a considerable amount of charging time. i was able to get it running this evening after holding the switch down while it was charging. it later operated normally until turned off this evening.
suggestions???

What is the rate of blinking of the PWR LED?

the bluetooth is on, the power is blinking at 0.5 second intervals, but only with the power attached, its dead as a hammer with the power unhooked.

After talking with Randy, I think the battery is going bad in the radio. @Matt Johnson is there any test that Randy can do to confirm that before we get an RMA?

Have you tried switching chargers to see if that might make a difference? Try the power adapter that you use for your LS.

no its on solidly

now its flashing at the 1 second rate, i switched chargers and after a few minutes, the Bluetooth light is back on

If it is flashing at a rate of 1 second then it is charging now.
