Can you post a screenshot of engine screen that shows what signals each is using.
My field crew seem to have the same issue I had last weekend after the update.
Only one engine fixes with base and rover in the open.
I'm attaching a photo of the engine screen.
This looks like what I was seeing, the only engine that fixes is using only GPS sats., if I'm reading that screen correctly.

@Brian Ray ,
If you press the hardware button "print screen", to the left of AV button, it'll make a nice clear screen shot.
It's real easy to copy that screen shot (collected by user) to your USB thumb drive, or other. This way we can see what you meant better.

When that happens Brian, try turning off one constellation at a time. Start with Galileo.
