How can I do a complete factory reset on my LS? I have done the factory image reset by pressing the home button during the start up screen, but this does not actually wipe the unit clean. I would like to completely reset it to how it was when it came out of the box.

"Reset to factory" only resets Linux and applications but it doesn't clean user data.
In the same menu there is item "Backup and Clean Data". It will be accessible if you insert USB stick to LS before reboot. It will backup your data to the USB stick and clean your LS data.
