Road Centerline Staking

Most of the discussion on alignment with profile stakeout in this forum is several years old. In a nutshell, I have a Civil 3D design with roadway corridors. I want to stake offsets to the centerline at stations with grades. I've managed to get the LandXML file exported from C3D and imported to J-Field. The problem is that I can't find a way to select the alignment for staking. Is J-Field capable of this? Is Slope-Staking possible? If not, I'll start working on getting Carlson interfaced with the LS+.
Any advice?

To stake alignments you need to change the Stake mode (press Points button below the Start button in the Stake screen) to Alignment Points or Alignment Stake-Here.

Creating and staking alignments is covered in detail on pages 60 to 90 in the Users Guide to the Triumph LS that I have attached.

You can import a polyline of your horizontal alignment.
You can then go to stake screen, then lines tab, then choose polyline from map option, pick your pline you imported from the map screen and then pick edit alignment instead of stake now.
This will keep you from having to enter your horizontal alignment.
You will just need to set your starting Station, then you can add your vertical alignment and your cross sections in manually
