Sorry for the delay, the sim was ok as in you snapshot. I've had some difficuties to extract it, the slot is very tight and just pressig the sim wasnìt enough to release it. Finally I was ble to extract it and I've verified the correct side. Inserting was ok and pressing the sim locked the sim inside the slot
You have pin code lock for your SIM card. We doesn't support pin yet. So could you tell us the current pin code and we will remove it remotely?
Well, the sim is inside teh TRIUMPHS since a long time and I've used it in the past with that sim, I'm not 100% sure but I've removed the pin since a long time. Anyway I've to check because I don't remebre the pin. I've to find out the contract for the pin. Let me check.

We have reset the PIN code and now your SIM is not locked by PIN. You can reboot.
