The recovery SD card must be formatted FAT32. You can use Windows Disk Management to create a FAT32 partition up to 32 GB after deleting the existing partition. You could also you MiniTool Partition Wizard to create a 64 GB FAT32 partition on it.
I tried a smaller card which had the FAT32 format. Same screen but the Javad symbol was upside down. I'm getting ready to send it to Igor. He set me up with an RMA#. He said it might be the WIN/GNSS board or just the eMMC chip. Thanks for your help Matt
The upside down Javad symbol is normal for recovery process. Does it ever show the Reboot button on the screen? If so, you simply power off and power on again (after removing the microSD card).
