Seem to have lost RTK INCORS corrections

Yesterday, I went to do a survey and I set up to do RTK off the INCORS network as I often do. I go through my phone as a hotspot. I have internet connection, but I am not recieving the corrections for some reason. Any help as to what might have gone wrong? I am kind of stumped at the moment. Instead I set up the 1M base and collected data successfully via UHF. But I am still unable to complete the connection for INCORS network.

If you recently updated you will need to toggle thru the general group settings and make sure the receiving interface that you want to use is selected. Also, toggle the rtn on/off from the wifi/cell icon.

I did do an update recently, and have checked through the general group profiles and do not see anything amiss. And yes, toggle on/off through the RTN tab from the wi-fi icon page. RTN Status shows STOPPED when stopped. Does not say anything when started, it just seems to sit there waiting while showing internet access YES.

Make sure you are connected to wifi. Tap Support, tap remote assistance, pick the Javad GNSS server and tap connect. Post the SN of the LS and password if you have one.
