Session Time Interval...

I am unable to DPOS a base file from yesterday's session. I did 2 afternoon sessions on 2 different projects. The second session processed fine but when I try to send the first base file to DPOS I get "Session time interval exceeds 2 continuous days, Process separately" The base file was about 2 hours 20 minutes starting at 12:00:43 (UTC -4).

I tried to process using the debug feature to no avail.

EDIT: 2 afternoon sessions

Base file 991_120045.jps contains observations dated 03/15/2018 and 10/23/2018. We cut head of the file and replace old one in TLS. After recoveting DPOS session we've got an appropriate DPOS result. Enclosed a project archive.

The project zip file is 54MB it won't let me send it. Do you think I could delete the base file and re-download it? Something else?

Do you use dropbox? You can upload it to that and send me a link.

I would go into your base via netview and check and make sure that the base file that it downloaded was the right base file.

@Alexey Razumovsky has fixed a couple of these for some customers. what he said happens is the base is started but not enough time given for it to aquire the correct time before starting the base. The beginning date will be something like 1949 then it jumps to the current time. He cuts out the first part and can save the file.

Alexey, could something other than a cold start cause this? It seems to be happening a lot.

On this note, how long should our base run, before starting? I've not experienced this problem, but I used a Topcon Legacy E, for years. I always tried to let it settle down, so the base was not walking, (large jumps), but was crawling (small jumps), before starting base.
I've done the same with the T-2 LS combo.
