Set up T2 for RTK

I have been given a temporary lease to try out RTK until Christmas. I've only ever used the T2 for DGNSS.
With hours of trial & error I've managed to get cd & occasional float corrections but never fixed. The corrections come via mobile phone from a single base ntrip caster (no problem there).
I output to Arcpad via nmea (some issues there I think).
Can anyone point to a guide, give me some tips, a script template or any help at all?

Has anyone used the Javad Arcpad extension? I can't find where to buy this and past enquiries have gone unanswered (here & at my local dealer).

Javad Mobile Tools may be something to try. I don't know anything about Arcpad.

Thanks Adam. I use Arcpad mainly for its form creation & scripting features - a lot of field obs data is collected & it allows good data validation. I'll look at Mobile Tools - thanks.

18 miles is a pretty good stretch. If you are in wide open spaces I would expect a fixed solution. Shorter baselines will give more reliable results. A float solution indicates that all of the plumbing is working, the conditions simply aren't right.

Just for analysis' sake try another base. I have found when using RTN that when (even if farther out) I change to a different base it 'fixes' it.
The quality of the base parameters is beyond user control so switch might indicate that is where the trouble may be.

I found a closer base & a better position that gets longer fixes. (I'm sure it will get even longer fixes when I get my GLONASS option repaired :().
I've been playing around with J-mobile (bluetooth) & Net View (USB).
I'm not sure if its the way I've set up the T2 but I can't seem to initiate RTK through Net View; RTK corrections only start when I click on RTK Rover or Corrections in J-mobile.
Does anyone know if there is a GREIS command to force corrections to start/stop?
I'm thinking I will need to start/stop corrections in Arcpad via a script.
Thanks everyone for the help & suggestions
