Shutdown While Connected via USB

After transferring files over a USB connection, I often want to shut down the LS. However, if I do this while the unit is still connected, the software will exit, but it leaves a blank but lighted screen, indicating that the hardware hasn't shut down. It takes a long press (7 seconds or so) to complete the shutdown. Is this a bug? Should I disconnect the USB cable first? Does that require going through the Windows "safely remove hardware and eject media" procedure, which is a tedious step?

Thanks!

Jim,
I believe if you unplug the USB cable from the Triumph-LS before powering down this problem will be avoided. However, I think it best to eject the device using Windows before unplugging the cable.
