Sim card issues after Linux migration

Having trouble with my AT&T sim card after I upgraded to Linux on the Triumph-LS. I can turn on the mini card but I can not turn on Cellular data. Both Cellular data on/off are greyed out. Is there something I'm missing?

Cellular data will automatically turn itself on when it is able to establish a connection to the network. If you are unable to get it to work, please connect the unit to the "Javad GNSS, INC" RAMS server so we can look at it.

Matt it has been connected on RAMS all day. On the LS I have it set on custom server under remote assistance. Is that correct? Or should I be using the JAVAD GNSS, Inc?

Connect it to the JAVAD GNSS, Inc server. At the moment there are no receivers connected to the rams.javad.com custom server.

Matt tried my LS yesterday and still having the same issue with the sim card. I tried restoring the profile and it did nothing. Could it be the SIM card is bad?

The SIM card was working when I looked at it Monday. I don't think there is a problem with it. Can you connect to RAMS again?

It is now connected to RAMS. I never had any issues with the sim card till right after I did the Linux update. After you looked at it the other day and it was working. I shut it off for the night and the next morning I was having the same issues.

After I cycled 4G LTE Mini Card On and Off several times it started working. I would try that if it does not connect on the first attempt. If you still have problems lets us know.

I am having the same technical issue with the 4G/LTE after the latest Linux update. I had already toggled through turning the data on and off; however the issue remained. I will try it again over the weekend.
