SIM card slot not keeping the card

I can't seem to get my SIM card to "click" into place? I realize there are three sizes to the cards and have picked the middle one (just slightly larger than the smallest), yet neither slot will hold it when I plunge it in. I've tried flipping the card and everything I know. What am I missing? Thanks.

Try the other slot. Also the chamfered corner goes to the right and the back.

My LS was having issues with cell connection for VRS which I very rarely used. Turns out I had the same problem you did. I used the other SIM slot and it worked just fine.

I am talking to a new customer now who cant get them to click in either. Lloyd, did you get the card from Javad?

I found helping the customer that the chamfered corner is not on the right back with his card from Javad. It is on the left back corner. It worked after he rotated 180.

It's just from Verizon, but I tried both slots with the chamfered corner going INTO to unit. Are you saying that that corner should face toward the back, unlike the SD card?

On the picture on the flap the chamfered corner is to the right and the back. This is how my card goes into my LS. The customer yesterday had the card backward. Yes the corner should be at the back.

So I get the card to insert but it won’t let me turn on the cell data like it’s not there? Verizon business said I don't have to do anything but move the SIM from my jetpack to the LS.

Tap Settings and make sure the APN is set. If it is a regular sim card the apn is vzwinternet. Also, make sure the cellular antenna is on the LS.
