Star*Net Export Problem

I collected a dozen control points today, but when I tried to export the vectors here is what the file contained:

'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base
'[error]: no base

I've never seen this before. Suggestions?

Thanks!

Also, I just noticed that the base file is only 823 kb (about 8 minutes duration), even though the base was running for roughly 7 hours. My RTK shots spanned about 4-1/2 hours. The T2 memory is mostly free (1 GB out of 1.8 GB unused).

Hello Jim.
Yes, the message "[error]: no base" appears when the bases are not found. First, try to "Recovery Base point" from points list context menu.

I recovered the base point and got the vectors, but is there any way to recover the full base file? I need it for submission to OPUS Projects.

How can I keep this from happening in the future?

Thanks!

Yes. But thinking back I may know what caused the aborted file problem. When I first started the base, I wasn't receiving corrections. I couldn't see anything wrong on the TLS side, so I connected to the T2 via JMT and sent the GREIS commands to open port 1080. (That didn't help, I had to restart the Jetpack to get corrections flowing again.) I'm wondering if the JMT connection caused the T2 to stop recording.
