Static IP on phone or router?

I'm wondering who has tried other ways to get corrections over cellular other than a static IP hotspot? I have a lot of projects in a mountainous area without Verizon service and I would love a working solution to get cell corrections in an area where the primary (small local) cell provider don't even offer static IPs. Thanks.

I use ATT sim cards in my base and rover. My base sim has a static ip. I'll put the contact info for Att guy that can setup the static ip sim.

Jim,
Thanks for sharing this. It could be very useful someday. I had tried this also and figured there had to be some way but was hoping it wasn’t that complicated. Hopefully JCORS will be available soon.
