when I press stop & download, I don't see the seconds countdown anymore after upgrading to Linux. I just see a rotating circle in the LS and all lights on the T-2 are blinking. I wait a few minutes but rotating circle is still going. I just gave up and shut it down. Phil

"all lights on the T-2 are blinking" - it means GNSS FW exception on T-2. May be you need to update T-2 firmware.

I just gave up and shut it down

You can download and attach the file later:
- using DPOS screen
- using Base/Rover screen -> Remote Base -> Sync DPOS tasks
- download the file manually using Base/Rover screen -> Remote Base -> Manage files. And attach the file to the base point using Points screen -> context menu -> Attach GNSS file

Any new info on this? Customer with T1m base and LS rover having similar problem:

"I've checked on the website and find no good solution for our problem. For the last half dozen jobs the LS has failed to download the base file upon initiation of the Stop Base button. "Downloading" appears but the clock counts up, not down, and is showing hours, minutes, and seconds.....and is not the base station time running.I don't think. Later I have been successful in retrieving the file and DPOSing OK. Is there an advanced setting that needs checking?"

How far Triumph-LS from T1-M when it happens? I seems communication problem. It could be broken BT antenna. Customer can got to Base/Rover -> .. -> Manage Files screen and try to download large files several times to get statistics how it works on different distances and the mutual orientation of the antennas of the devices.
