My connection suddenly died the other day, and no number of resets of either the TRIUMPH-2 nor the AirCard brought it back. I tried using the Javad Raw TCP server as a troubleshooting aid, and found that I couldn't connect to it, either, which isolated the trouble to the wireless device. After several false starts, I discovered that I couldn't connect to the internet properly on my smartphone, either, and that only the guest account was open to connect through. "Hmm", I thought to myself. "I don't really need a guest account anyway", so I turned it off. Suddenly, everything worked again.
So -- I recommend not enabling a guest account on the wireless access point at all. I'm not sure what the problem with the guest account is, and there are very limited methods available for troubleshooting this device, but it's not too important because this solution worked.
