I got this stylus and pen combo, at a local hardware store. It was some 12$ But, it is just right.

It has a screw on cap. Unscrew the cap, and you have a pen. Unscrew cap, turn 180°, screw it back into the holder, and you now have the stylus exposed. The stylus is STIFF. I really like a STIFF stylus pen. I can work the LS faster with it.

I'm just happy with it.

What I did, was I got one of those strings you put around your neck (The kind they give away at conventions) It has a clip at the end. I took a piece of survey flagging, made a loop. It ties the Stylus around the neck and it work the LS. Works for me!

I would stay away from a "Stiff" stylus. The screen is capacitive and requires almost no pressure. A stiff stylus could damage the screen. Protective screen covers could also damage the screen when it is removed.
I would suggest a capacitive stylus. I use the one shown on the link below and they are very inexpensive. The do not contain any pens (my preference), but, similar types do. They also have openings for lanyards.

I believe the stylus Nate posted was a capacitive stylus. The plastic tip type stylus will not work with a capacitive screen.
