I have Netview 4.7 build 3.94 (just updated) now I cannot connect with my T-2.
Settings are Serial, Baud 150000, com port choices are Com 5,6,7.
Used to connect fine before update.
Problem seems to be computer doesn't recognize device.

Problem solved. Was using the wrong USB cable.

FYI
2 things I learned from this, the wrong USB cable was one with a Ferrite choke (interference reducer) cylinder on it.
The T2 didn't like that cable.
Also I learned that the T2 doesn't like connecting through a USB hub (powered even)

I am having the same problem with Windows 10. My computer shows the Triumph 2 connected, but no driver available and the Net view will not connect. I am using the same cable etc as my XP computer that connects fine. ON a side note, My T2 has started downloading as slow as a turtle, both connected to the pc via usb cable or to my LS via blue tooth. What used to be a 4 or 5 minute download in the field is either 10+ or won't download as happened yesterday. It took 35 minutes this morning to download the 4 hour DPOS file. I have updated the firmware etc to no avail. That is why I tried the windows 10 laptop
Thanks

Got my T2 to connect to the windows 10. I had to use the usb drivers with the underscore in the title. Download speed is relatively the same on the same file as earlier.

I am doing a little housecleaning this afternoon on my T2. I have only done this once before and am not real well versed in all of this.

I have hooked my T2 to my laptop via Netview. I am just using a micro USB cable that I use for my phone.

I am using the selection of Serial/Com6/1500000. I like to download the files into a folder on my laptop before I delete them. I find that the download rate is about 10KB/second which feels extremely slow in today's world. Am I missing something here? I see above that Sean had problems with a cable but it did not work at all in his situation.

EDIT: it looks like there was another screen that was set to a lower baud rate. I may have increased the speed quite a bit by changing that to 1500000 also.

Thanks,
Dave.

I had to do chores but I am back so here's the update:

After perusing the Parameters/Serial page I saw that was set to a lower baud rate despite the setting that I had entered on the Connection page. I have increased the speed by a factor of 10 by changing that to 1500000 also.

So I am all set unless someone has something else to add.

Thanks,
Dave.

You need to be using a USB 2.0 cable like the one that came with the T2. The cable that you use for your phone might not work properly.
