T-3 update

I have updated my LS+ to Release 4.0 and I am wondering whether I need to update the T-3 firmware? If so, how do I do that? Mike

Best way (fast) is to connect to Netview via USB. Top screen has a update firmware and select the latest. Not stable. Or you can do it the slow way and connect to base with your LS+ under remote base. Click on the window below start/stop base or above where you put in the base coords (small rectangle). Update firmware. This way downloads the file to the LS+ then sends file via Bluetooth (slow) to the T3. You may have to do this a few times before it works.

Thanks Phillip. Do you know if the T-3 needs to be updated after you update to Release 4.0? I don't want to do anything if I don't have to. Mike

I not 100% but I do think it has to be updated to work correctly. I have updated mine and its works fine.
