T1M Base 2 LS Rovers base point transfer

After setting my base point with my 1st LS using the RTN and then setting my base up on that control point and starting with the 1st LS. Now that my based is running and I have fired up my 2nd LS, can I import the base point into that 2nd LS directly from the base without having to export the coordinates out of the 1st LS to a thumb drive? I have noticed that since I have gotten my 2nd LS that I find myself trying to start the base on return trips to that job with the wrong LS and there is no base point stored to start it with. Trying to see if there is an easier way than the USB way. Thanks

You will have to get the base file to the 2nd LS via a thumb drive or cloud drive from the 1st LS or by connecting to the base with the 2nd LS and going g to base Rover and downloading the file. Or you can merge the 2nd LS project with the first then DPOS it. Give me a call in the morning and I can walk u thru it Greg

Thanks Adam, It would be nice to be able to suck it in from the base and store as a point. I will probably go the merge project route because that is what I should have done to begin with. Just got lazy.

You can try created.dpos from base file from The point menu
I usually do it manually with recover base point, attach gnss file, create DPOS session.
Lately I have preferred doing by mergi g then dposi g so all of my data is in one job for reports and such

How long does it take to merge a 60 Point File approximately. I have never done one before and I started this one and it hung up at 1 of 13 for 5 mIns. and has not moved.

Greg, could you send your projects to support (Projects screen -> "Send project to support" button). We want to check and optimize the merge.

James Hamilton Road & James Hamilton Road 2 Files uploaded to support. After I tried the 1st time and it hung up I canceled it and merged points in my drawing software. I did not try to merge again.
