T1M radio issue

I just started to have a similar problem with our HPT435BT radio connection. We are currently using that 35 watt radio with the Triumph-LS and the Triumph-1M base.

The other day when I was in the field the external radio seemed to connect fine at first. I had everything setup and and the radio signals were all OK. I drove down to the site that we were at the day before and was not able to regain radio signal. The day before it was easily connecting and taking shots.

We went back to the base to check and it was still not able to gain radio signal. We stopped the base and restarted connecting to the internal 1M radio. This seemed to connect fine at first but the radio signal did not reach our sight sadly.

Now I have it back at the office, I tried to connect to the base and it started as expected. The connections to both the external radio and the base were fine for a few minutes. After those few minutes the external radio lost signal with the LS and but it still said OK for the connection between the LS and the Base. I then lost bluetooth connection to the base and now it will not reconnect to the base. The 1M base has the bluetooth light showing red for a poor connection. It says "ERROR! Connection Failed:" when trying to connect again.

Not sure what the main issues are here. It worked great the day before. This could be what Matt Johnson was saying about switching between radios. Any other ideas are welcome since this has never happened before for me. Thank you.

What does Tyler need to check to get his Javad system working?
