T3 GLONASS Dynamic Calibration

Unlike some of the more technical aspects of GNSS, I think I understood the JAVAD website’s explanation of GLONASS 0.2 mm Dynamic Calibration, found here: http://javad.com/jgnss/products/options/gclb.html. But even though I believe I understand what it is, I don't have a good feel for the real-world level of impact and the benefit of including it in the T3. Is there a discernible difference in GLONASS signal quality when it’s used and will it make a difference in canopy surveying situations? I’m purchasing a T3, and while I'm not begging to spend an additional $1000, I'd like to have a feel for the level of benefit because over the life of the unit that’s a small amount to spend if it makes a difference. Can anyone shed some light?
